On the sunny
day of 9th May there was the Victory Day celebration in the Birmingham
Russian School. Natella Tunsker, the
Literature teacher, was telling the pupils about the long four years of the war
and about twenty six million soldiers who sacrificed their lives for Victory...
The school founder, Nadia Loginova added, that if we honoured every soldier , who died in The War with a minute of
silence, we would have been silent for 32 years!...
Perhaps,
the children did not understand everything they have heard from what the
teachers told them. However the most important thing is the memory they will keep
in their hearts.
